WELCOME TO 700 SPRINGS RANCH

The 700 Springs Ranch is a 13,000 acre property sitting in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. 5 miles of the South Llano River run through it. The main lodge is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 5000 square foot rock house built in the 1940’s. Most visitors will have their own rooms and can relax watching DSS Satellite TV or sit and visit by the fire in the enormous living room and patio area. Deer, exotic mounts, and old ranch décor make the atmosphere spectacular.

THE LODGE AND GROUNDS sit on top of a two hundred foot bluff overlooking the beautiful south Llano River. Approximately seven hundred individual springs empty about 20 million gallons of spring water a day into the river. The springs outcrop ten to fifteen feet up the bluff and cascade into the river like a three hundred foot long water fall. It is truly one of the most magnificent sights in all of Texas.

From the moment I arrived at 700 Springs Ranch I knew that I was at a special place.  The lodge sits atop a breathtaking bluff and has a perfect mix of a traditional hunting lodge and all the creature comforts of home.  As you head out onto the massive ranch you cross the crystal clear south Llano River.  But the best thing about the 700 Springs Ranch is its game.  I saw many shooter whitetails including my best buck ever, a beautiful 150 class typical.  The deer, turkey and countless exotics made for a week I will not soon forget, and I won't have to because I am already booked to return!  This is a must do if you are looking for that perfect hunt of a lifetime.”
